What the portal uses

Authentication and session information used by the account service to sign users in, maintain secure access, and protect accounts.
Security and operational data used to prevent misuse and keep the service working.
Local form drafts for loan applications, borrower information, and director information so work is not lost before submission.
Referral details, message-read state, document-scanning preferences, and limited administrative drafting or display settings.

Why no consent banner is shown

The current portal does not intentionally set advertising, marketing, or optional audience-measurement cookies. The technologies described above support authentication, security, a service requested by the user, or local workflow features.

If CENS introduces non-essential cookies or similar technologies, they will be disabled until the required choice has been offered and consent obtained. This policy and the available controls will also be updated.

Your controls

You can clear cookies and site data through your browser. Blocking or clearing necessary authentication storage may sign you out. Clearing local storage may permanently remove unsent drafts and preferences stored only on that device.
